Shortage of Supply /
If there is a shortage of supply in Korea, we will notice you and refund to you asap, eg. your order was purchased during promotion period, like buy 2 get 10% OFF and one of your item sold out in Korea, we would like to offer a exchange on other available styles or a refund, otherwise the only item left will be charged in original price .
Wrong items or Damage /
If you received wrong items or a non-human damages or other quality problems( We are so sorry about that ), please let us know via email within 24 hours after you received the package and send the damaged items back to us in 3 working days with the original package and make sure they are unworn and unwashed. If the items are available, we will offer a exchange if you want : ) otherwise you can also choose to exchange other styles with the same price or a refund .( We will try our best to minimize this situation! Just in case ）

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
